Emily Morgan will discuss mindfulness, meditation and movement, She will break down this powerful trifecta and explain what each means along with the benefits of incorporating each into your daily routine. Examples and activities will be provided. Participants should have a towel or yoga mat, pen, and paper.

Agenda

Introduction- 5 minutes

Mind-Body connection- 5 minutes

Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement- breaking down this powerful trifecta and explaining what each means along with the benefits of incorporating each into your daily routine.

Guided meditation- 8 minutes

Ideal daily routine- written exercise 5 minutes

Mat core workout- things you can do every day in your own home 10 minutes

About Emily Morgan

Emily Morgan has worked as a personal trainer since 2008, beginning her career in New York City, where she developed an in-home personal training business. Since then, she has continued to work through fitness in Bloomington, IN and now in her home in Cincinnati. She is a group fitness instructor and private personal trainer at Studio S in East Walnut Hills, where she works with a wide range of fitness levels, and focuses on helping clients find how they love to move so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since 2017, Emily has also been working as a cancer exercise specialist through the American Council on Exercise. She works actively on the health and wellness board at the Cancer Support Community in Blue Ash. She also holds fitness events and hosts fitness retreats through her fitness event business, Live In The Movement.
